General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 66kbd platform and all its services. 66kbd is an online gaming and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of this platform, you agree to abide by all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

Eligibility and Registration

The 66kbd platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Creating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. We may request information to verify age and reserve the right to suspend an account until verification is complete.

2.2 Registration Process

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete and up to date.

• Correct name, address and contact information must be provided.
• A verifiable email address must be used.
• Keeping the password confidential is the user's own responsibility.
• Account details must not be shared with third parties.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

The 66kbd platform is operated for Bangladeshi users. Access from outside certain geographic regions may result in limited service.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

Keep your account login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. The user is solely responsible for all activities carried out on the account.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

66kbd follows an identity verification process to ensure safe and transparent transactions. We may request identification documents in the following situations:

• On withdrawal requests for significant amounts
• If discrepancies in account information are found
• For any security-related concerns
• As part of routine verification

Failure to cooperate with verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the 66kbd platform is ৳300. We accept deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

66kbd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you need to place ৳10,000 in wagers.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Misuse or attempts to exploit bonuses may result in account cancellation.
• 66kbd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or from the same IP address or device is not permitted.

5.4 VIP Program

The 66kbd VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback increases as you move to a higher tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on regular activity and gaming history on the platform.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

66kbd ensures complete fairness and transparency in all games. Our games are developed and certified by reputable software providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and Spribe.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial. Allegations of manipulation of any game result will not be accepted without verifiable evidence.

6.3 Technical Errors

Game results caused by technical errors or failures may be considered void. In such cases, the wagered amount will be refunded. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a network disconnection, action will be taken based on the progress that was saved at that point.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Misuse or manipulation of the bonus system
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts
• Registering using a false identity
• Fraudulent conduct toward other users
• Threatening or harassing platform staff

66kbd reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and, if necessary, notify the relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 66kbd platform — including logos, graphics, text, designs, software interfaces and other elements — is exclusively owned by or licensed to 66kbd.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying or commercially using any part of these assets without our written permission is strictly prohibited. The license to use the platform is granted for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

66kbd bears no responsibility for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by internet connectivity or device issues
• Losses caused by the user's own mistakes or negligence
• Delays or issues related to third-party services (payment gateways)
• Unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or cyberattacks
• Loss of expected winnings from gaming

Within the limits of applicable law, 66kbd's total liability shall never exceed the amount of the relevant transaction.

Account Closure & Suspension

11.2 Closure by 66kbd

66kbd may immediately suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Serious breach of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Order from a court or legal authority
• Prolonged inactivity

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned after verification, though funds related to bonuses may be an exception.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

66kbd reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform from the date of the change will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may choose to close your account.

13.2 Resolution Process

Most disputes can be resolved through direct discussion. For complex matters, the option of independent third-party mediation may be considered.
